Shop Challenge- Oklahoma Skies

After the popularity and enthusiastic response to our last shop challenge, I have struggled to think of a new one! Then last night it struck me- Oklahoma skies.

Whether it’s colorful sunsets, amazing cloud formations, the eerie colors of storm season, or bright blue icy winter colors- Oklahoma skies are famous for a reason!

For great inspiration, check out Only in Oklahoma on Instagram.

This does not have to be a quilt, or even a sewn piece, but must be fabric based. Embroidery, sewing, bags, multimedia, paint, paper arts, collage or any physical artistic variation is welcome!

Finished pieces will be submitted to the shop to be judged- there will be both a community favorite award by popular vote and an award from a guest judge. Prizes to be determined- but trust me they will be worth your while!

Submissions are due at the shop by April 3, 2020.

Get creative and try to think out of the box- I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
